Yerevan - Garni – Geghard – Charents Arch
Visit the 1st-century pagan Temple of Garni, built by King Trdat I and the only preserved Greco-Roman temple in Armenia. After adoption of Christianity, it became part of royal heritage. Continue to Geghard Monastery, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, partly carved into rock and known for its spiritual atmosphere and Holy Lance connection. Explore Garni Gorge, the Symphony of Stones basalt columns. End at Charents Arch with panoramic views of Mount Ararat, scenic viewpoint stop and photo opportunity.
