Start the day with breakfast and drive to Areni, the famous wine region of Armenia’s Vayots Dzor province. Experience the Areni Wine Festival 2026 (11:00–20:00), one of Armenia’s most popular cultural events celebrating the country’s 6,100-year-old winemaking heritage. Enjoy local wine tastings, traditional Armenian cuisine, folk music, dance performances, and artisan crafts. Areni Cave - Khor Virap - Yerevan / City tour /

After breakfast, explore Areni Cave, one of Armenia’s most important archaeological sites, where the world’s oldest known leather shoe and ancient winemaking evidence were discovered. Continue to Khor Virap Monastery, a historic spiritual landmark offering breathtaking views of Mount Ararat. Arrive in Yerevan and enjoy a city tour visiting Republic Square, Mashtots Avenue, Opera and Ballet Theatre, Cascade Complex, and Mother Armenia. After breakfast, discover Armenia’s ancient heritage with a visit to Garni Temple, the only standing pagan temple in Armenia, dating back to the 1st century AD.
