After breakfast, enjoy a full Tbilisi city tour combining driving and walking through the capital. Visit the Holy Trinity Sameba Cathedral, then Metekhi Church (13th c.). Explore the Old Town, including Narikala Fortress viewpoints, Anchiskhati Basilica, sulfur baths, Meidan Square and Shardeni Street. Cross the modern Bridge of Peace and enjoy free time. In the evening, welcome dinner with local wine. Overnight in Tbilisi.

Tbilisi – Shumi – Tsinandali

After breakfast, drive to Kakheti region (about 1h 40m) and visit Shumi Winery for a guided tour and wine tasting with light snacks. Enjoy optional masterclasses such as churchkhela making or traditional bread baking. Continue with lunch at the winery featuring local cuisine. Then visit Tsinandali Estate, the historic residence of Prince Alexander Chavchavadze, including museum, gardens, and wine cellar with tasting. Learn about Georgian heritage before returning to Tbilisi (about 2h drive). Overnight in Tbilisi.

Tbilisi – Mtskheta – Baia’s winery – Kutaisi

After breakfast, drive to Mtskheta (50 min) and visit the UNESCO-listed Svetitskhoveli Cathedral, Georgia’s main spiritual site, followed by Jvari Monastery with panoramic river views. Continue to Imereti (approx. 2.5 hrs) and visit Baia’s Winery for an organic wine tasting and family estate tour. Kutaisi – Martvili Canyon – Martvili Oda

After breakfast, visit Jvari Monastery near Mtskheta, a UNESCO site with panoramic views, then continue to Motsameta Monastery near Kutaisi. Drive to Martvili Canyon and enjoy a boat tour through turquoise waters, limestone gorges, caves, and waterfalls of the Abasha River. Continue to Oda Family Winery for a traditional Megrelian experience with wine tasting and local dishes in a family atmosphere. Kutaisi – Prometheus caves – Tskaltubo

After breakfast, depart Kutaisi and drive to Prometheus Cave (about 30 min), one of Georgia’s largest and most impressive karst cave systems, featuring stalactites, stalagmites, underground rivers, and lakes. Continue to Tskaltubo (around 15 min) and visit Otia’s Ezo, a family estate offering craft beer tasting and local organic products in a traditional setting. In the afternoon, drive back to Tbilisi.Upon arrival, enjoy a traditional folk show dinner at a local restaurant. Vegetarian options available. Overnight in Tbilisi.

Tbilisi - Sadakhlo - Ijevan - Lake Parz - Dilijan

After breakfast, depart Tbilisi and drive to Sadakhlo border (about 1h 15m) to cross into Armenia. Continue to Ijevan Winery for a tasting of local wines in a scenic forested valley. Travel through northern Armenia to Dilijan and walk along Sharamberyan Street with its wooden houses, museums, and craft shops. Continue to Parz Lake in Dilijan National Park, surrounded by forests and calm nature. Enjoy free time by the lake before overnight in Dilijan.

Dilijan - Haghartsin - Goshavank - Sevan - Noratus

After breakfast, visit Haghartsin Monastery, a beautiful medieval complex set in dense forest. Continue to Goshavank Monastery, known for its detailed stone carvings and rich history.
