Starting in the charming mountain town of Tsakhkadzor, nestled in the breathtaking landscapes of the Caucasus Mountains, you’ll be enchanted by its lush greenery and stunning views. After enjoy Geghama mountines from cable car. Then we will continue on to Lake Sevan, often referred to as the “Jewel of Armenia,” you’ll be captivated by the shimmering azure waters and the serene surroundings. Sevanavank Monastery, perched on the lake’s peninsula, offers a glimpse into Armenia’s ancient history.
This Tsakhkadzor to Sevan journey is a perfect blend of nature and culture, with each location offering its own unique charm and allure. It’s a scenic escape that promises to leave you with lasting memories of Armenia’s stunning landscapes and rich heritage. We will use cable car to see magnificent landspae of Geghama Mountains. Just a short distance away lies Zvartnots, an ancient marvel of early medieval Armenian architecture. Its circular design and intricate carvings make it a testament to Armenia’s rich history and artistic legacy.
Lunch at a local house where you will have the chance to participate in the preparation of Armenian traditional pastry “GATA” and decorate Christmas tree like Armenians. Transfer to the airport and say goodbye to Armenia !
