Schaki

Der Schaki Wasserfall befindet sich in der armenischen Region Syunik. Der Ursprung seines Namens stammt aus einer Legende, nach der Schaki ein sehr schönes Mädchen war und ein Eroberer, der ihre Schönheit verehrte, ihr befahl, zu ihm zu kommen. Schaki wollte kein Opfer seiner Gewalt werden und sprang von einem hohen Felsen. Als sie herunterfiel, öffnete sich ihr langes Kleid und verwandelte sich in einen Wasserfall. Seitdem heißt dieser Wasserfall Schaki.
